This program will install HAPPY NOTE! BREAKOUT NOTE CRACKER on your computer.

Please read the present notice carefully before using HAPPY NOTE! BREAKOUT NOTE CRACKER. By using HAPPY NOTE! BREAKOUT NOTE CRACKER, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms and conditions expressed in this notice.

IMPORTANT. Additionally, the setup program will create shortcuts to "Wallpaper du jour" (every day, Happy Note! makes available to you a new, EXCLUSIVE, and FREE wallpaper to personalize Happy Note! Note Cracker or your desktop. No program or script is associated with the shortcut, which merely allows you to connect directly to the Wallpaper web page

with one click of your mouse.

To delete a shortcut, right-click on it then select Delete.

NOTE. The setup program will add a Happy Note! folder to your list of favorites (free games, free musical cards; etc.) : Deleting the "Wallpaper du jour" favorite will disable all the shortcuts.

SINGLE USER LICENSE

LICENSE.
1. Pascal Riben grants to you a non-exclusive license to use HAPPY NOTE! BREAKOUT NOTE CRACKER (thereafter referred to as "THE SOFTWARE") in accordance with the terms and conditions expressed in the present notice.

2. You may install THE SOFTWARE on as many computers as you wish.

3. COPYRIGHT.
Pascal Riben or his associates retain full ownership, copyright, and title to THE SOFTWARE, including, but not limited to, the images, text, and sound files that are part of THE SOFTWARE.

4. REDISTRIBUTION.
Redistribution of THE SOFTWARE is allowed on the following conditions:

(a) Only redistribution of the original setup file of THE SOFTWARE is allowed. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY WAY TO REDISTRIBUTE ANY OTHER FILE FROM THE SOFTWARE.

(b) Only fully FREE redistribution is allowed. You may not ask for anything in return.

(c) You are not allowed to redistribute the setup file of THE SOFTWARE as part of a commercial or non-commercial package without first obtaining written authorization from Pascal Riben to do so.

5. OWNERSHIP.
THE SOFTWARE and all its components and characteristics, including, but not limited to, its code, accompanying documentation, appearance, structure, and organization, remain the exclusive property of Pascal Riben, who doesnt relinquish any of his ownership rights by the present agreement. It is prohibited to translate, decompile, modify, adapt, or adjust THE SOFTWARE in any way. To do so is the owners exclusive right.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE WILL RESULT IN THE AUTOMATIC TERMINATION OF ALL THE RIGHTS THIS LICENSE GRANTS YOU AS USER OF THE SOFTWARE. PASCAL RIBEN FURTHERMORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REDRESS FOR ALL AND ANY VIOLATIONS OF THE PRESENT AGREEMENT TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.

6. LIMITED WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PASCAL RIBEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER SUFFERED BY THE USER OR ANY OTHER PERSON (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA AND LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF PASCAL RIBEN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, CANCEL THE INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE BY CLICKING ON EXIT.
